YOU'VE TRIED ALL THE THINGS
You're still feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, and not quite yourself.
You've had all the work-ups with little answers. You've tried loads of supplements, functional labs, medications but are still feeling uncomfortable in your body. You're dealing with things like bloating, indigestion, a mind that won't turn off, and now you're too tired and burned out to figure it all out on your own.
Not only that, but it's really starting to impact how you show up in the world and how you feel in your own body and mind.
I get it- I see it all the time, and that's where our work together begins. With helping you zoom out, get a bigger picture of your symptoms and how many are often connected in order to clarify small, simple stepping stones that walk us back to you.
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT
The foundations
We make space for the foundations rather than confusing protocols. We work together to gain clarity on what really matters for you in your current phase of life. This helps us build a simpler, more intentional rhythm - one small step at a time.
Ground
Values, mindset, self-awareness, mindfulness, gratitude, compassion
Nourish
Food, water, sleep, rest, movement, breathing, creating
Connect
Environment, community, relationships, loved ones, nature
Additional support
As needed, we may discuss personalized botanical medicine, acupuncture/acupressure, and targeted nutrients to further support you.
WHERE TO START
Let's get intentional
My goal with Health Intentionally is create a space for sustainable, compassionate, approachable steps that add up to lasting, resilient, positive changes towards health.

Hi, I'm Kierstin
I'm a Licensed Acupuncturist here in Michigan with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and undergrad in Dietetics. I love science and traditional wisdom, and I love being able to help bring together the two to best support you in a big-picture and evidenced-informed way.
The older I get, the more important this work becomes to me. Working through ACL surgery recovery, PMDD, adult-diagnosis of ADHD, and more, continues to teach me about staying compassionate and persistent. As someone with a lot of passions in life, and I want my body and mind to show up for me through it all the best it can. So I approach my work not just from my clinical experience but from living it. You'll find me out playing soccer, running the trails, and walking my doggos, spending time with my loved ones, gardening, and creating art.
