Let's chat. In this session, we will take a deep dive into redefining your vision for health and discussing your goals. We will talk about your past experiences and journey with health to give Coach Kierstin an idea of where you've been, where you are at, and where you want to go.
Let's put it together. After Coach Kierstin has had time to assess your information from session one, we will set up a time to go over the best options for you and work together to set up a Wellness Plan. This time will be spent ensuring you understand the plan and that it will suit your needs and fit your lifestyle (or your lifestyle goals).
Maintaining and adjusting
From here, we will set up follow ups every 3 or 4 weeks, depending on what works for you. This will help keep you on track and allow us to make changes to your Wellness Plan as needed. Life happens, things change, and we are here to help with what life throws your way to keep you in line with your goals and adjust as we go.
